A nice smooth polished horn of the impressive Scottish Highlander! Sometimes you can also find a compete skull with horns here!
The horns originate, just like the skins, from animals that are kept for their meat. If the herds grow too big, the animals are slaughtered, because otherwise there is not enough food left for the whole herd.
None of these horns comes from a living animal.
